   Proposal Description:
   We are interested in investigating the genetic architecture of mixed (or multiple) pathology cases, with a special emphasis on dual AD/DLB cases. We would like to request the most up-to date neuropathology data to parse out subjects with lewy body pathology from clinically diagnosed AD subjects from NACC. Combined with an in-house exome sequencing of several subjects who have pathology confirmed AD/DLB diagnosis, we would like to find out if there are any genetic differences between AD/DLB groups versus AD cases or simple controls.
